Bike Rental Information Please

DH and I are planning to rent a car and then hike and bike whenever possible. We will be on the Pride of America for the Sept. 9th Cruise.

 

We would like to rent bicycles whenever possible. The downhill bike ride does not really interest us. We are avid bike riders and average 30 to 50 mile bike rides 4-5 times a week. We'd love to hit the trails and see some of the sights. (We also know that our resolve to behave ourselves when eating will vanish 5 minutes into the cruise and we'll need to burn some calories:eek: !)

 

Any ideas on where we can rent some bikes on the islands that aren't part of a planned excursion?
