mrc1961 Posted July 7, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 7, 2006 I have reserved two D1 cabins for my upcoming Radiance cruise. I was tickled to get these coveted cabins, but disappointed to hear that the Radiance does not have lounge chairs. Does anyone know what furniture will be out there? At least four regular chairs maybe? It seems like a huge waste to have only two chairs and a small table on these extra large decks. Thanks, Jennifer
DHADEN Posted July 7, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 7, 2006 First of all, you should have booked 9094 or 9078 for the huge balconies. The rooms of which you speak have larger than normal balconies, but not huge. Second: If you want lounge chairs, go up 2 decks and get you a couple. cb at sea Posted July 7, 2006 #3 Share Posted July 7, 2006 I doubt there will be room for 2 lounge chairs on those balconies! And to be honest, there's not that much sun--early morning and late evening (depending on where the sun is!) is about the only time you're not in shade! You'll probably have 2 chairs and a small table. Maybe a footstool-type thing.
mrc1961 Posted July 7, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted July 7, 2006 Thanks for the input. 9092 is actually the larger one correct? It certainly looks a lot bigger than 9094 in the deck plan. I had read that it was approximately 10 ft. by 15 ft. It does look very shady though. I guess I'll go elsewhere to get my sun. Thanks! wakelover Posted July 7, 2006 #5 Share Posted July 7, 2006 Hi - we had 9076 on Brilliance. There were 2 loungers, a chair and a small table. We positioned the loungers so we could lie down and look forward to where we were headed. It was great! Hope that helps.
