First time Radisson cruiser

We are taking our first cruise with Radisson and have several questions. We will be on the Diamond for the Sept. 27 cruise. When they say drinks are included, what specifically do they mean? My husband loves beer and wine, but not hard liquor. At the bars or in the room, is beer included or is this an extra cost? Also, should he take a tux? If so, how dressy is it for the women, long gown or cocktail dress? Any other words of wisdom and really appreciated.
