luci Posted July 8, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2006 People have mentioned the Steamworks Restaurant in Gastown in Vancouver. Heard it is a microbrewery. Has anyone eaten there? Would you recommend it? Luci
catladytx Posted July 8, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 8, 2006 We had lunch and beers there in 2002. The place was busy with a business and pleasure crowd. The food was great! Dinner menu looked good too! We had a teen and preteen with us and they ate well also. Beer was excellent! The restaurant and bar were wall to wall when we left. We are going back in September!!!! scmomofboys Posted July 11, 2006 #4 Share Posted July 11, 2006 We ate there with our 11 and 16 year olds July 2. The food was good. I had a pesto, goat cheese pizza that was delicious. Didn't sample the beer as I had a bad cold, but there were quite a few people that seemed happy with what they were drinking. There is outside, patio dinning, but it's not licensed to serve if you have minors with you, so we ate inside.
