What Happened To Savings Certificates?

I found the savings certificates on Celebrity's website under the Captain's Club tab at the top. Scroll down to Special Offers. You must have a login to access this area of the website, but I've included the links below.

Has anyone had any luck using the certificates for a booking that was made before July 1st? Our Milennium TA (March 18, 2007) was reserved a couple of weeks ago. The certificates don't say "for new bookings only", but they do say for bookings made July 1st or after. (Every little bit helps!!)
