Boston - Black Falcon Terminal

Recommended Posts

While I haven't driven over there since the accident two days ago I can tell you that they have reopened one of the tunnels which has been declared safe. (Not the one where the ceiling actually fell.) The other one is now closed indefinitely as it is not safe - I guess the ceiling things were the same and faulty throughout. However the traffic in the past day or so has managed to calm down quite a bit - as people get used to it, and you don't actually have to go through that tunnel to get to Black Falcon. You will go by it, that's all. Soon the reporters, etc. will no longer be there and it will be like the rest of Boston - a construction site.

Our thoughts are with the victim's family as this tragedy never should have happened!

The I-90 tunnel to South boston and the airport was still closed as of today. You can still get to and from the airport through the old tunnels or on surface streets.

Y'all are gonna have to give us more money to finish the Big Dig again! ;)
