PDX-Portland Airport-hotel info needed

Will be overnighting in Portland, Oregon before flying out next day at noon. Any suggestions as to great place to stay close to PDX ?? Thanks, gg

I have never stayed at this hotel, but one of our sales staff stays there all the time:

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn at the airport and can recommend it. They include a decent breakfast and being very close to the airport, the shuttle ride is very short. Hampton Inn is a member of the Hilton family.

The Sheraton at the airport just recently completed a fairly extensive renovation, so while I haven't stayed there, I have to think that it would be nice inside.
