Question about Referral Rewards

My son just told me he will be going on a Carnival cruise.

Being Carnival owns Princess, Can I refer him and get credit?

He already booked - would that make a difference?

only works for Princess.....and only before the person books.

 

the system works great....we "referred" a couple who subsequently booked an Alaska cruise with Princess. They boarded the Island a couple of days ago, and the $50 was almost instantly in our account.

Although Carnival owns Princess each cruiselines is a seperate cruise. Princess stuff can not be converted to carnival or visa versus- I wish.
