looking for a destination during the first week of April, 2007

Hi,

 

I am looking for a destination for the first week of April, 2007 (between March 31st and April 8th). There are two adults (one uses a wheelchair/electric scooter) and one child (a twelve year old boy). We live on the East Coast of the United States and are not interested in Bermuda or the Caribbean. Any ideas? Thanks.

Visit me. Just kidding! Have you considered Alaska? Or a trans-Atlantic?

Mediterranean, Nordic, or European cruise-tour? Hawaii? How about a river cruise?

April is a little early for Alaska. I would recommend either Mexican Riviera or Hawaii (round trip from LA or San Diego if you can spare 2 weeks).

Just have that one week (plus bookended weekends).

You can fly to Hawaii and do the 7 day island cruise on NCL, or fly to LA or San Diego and get an end-of-season Mexican Riviera cruise at that time of year.

 

That may be spring break for many schools, which books up pretty quickly, so I would not delay in getting reservations, esp. if you need a wheelchair accessible cabin.
