mp54 Posted July 29, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2006 We have never cruised out of New York. Can some who have tell us what it is like embarking there? Is it slow? Are there any tips on preparing for the process? Also is there any preference status depending on the type of room you booked? Thanks!!
Nitemare Posted July 29, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2006 You might want to check the US board -- New York isn't in New England, you will find some good info on that board. make sure you identify if you're leaving from Manhattan, Red Hook, or New Jersey, as all are quite different. Good luck!
grannynurse Posted August 3, 2006 #3 Share Posted August 3, 2006 It depends on the cruiseline whether or not you have priority boarding. HAL gives priority to suite pax. GN
