Policy on bringing liquor and wine onboard?

I heard that there has been a policy change on Royal Caribbean about bringing alcohol onboard. Does that apply to only liquor or wine as well?

 

Are bar set ups availible? Can you preorder liquor for the cabin?

post number 185 has the newest version of the alcohol policy that I have seen.

 

The big recent change is no waiver for 18 to 21 in North America. We also are watching to see enforcement of their policies.

 

There are many threads out there though so you may not get many answers here.
