Gallery ONE - A Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel

We are sailing the HAL Zuiderdamn this coming November and were looking for a pre-cruise hotel in Ft Lauderdale. I have found the Gallery One Double Tree and was wondering has aonyone stayed there before or have info on the Gallery One? Thanks!

Could that be the Doubletree at the Galleria Shopping Mall? Call and ask. If it is I did win it on Priceline when we stayed there. The suites are two rooms and great. It is right on the Intercoastal Waterway. We used the Water Taxi for a tour, which worked out great. Ate dinner at the 15th St. Fisheries. Only drawback was it was close to a drawbridge thus traffic backs up, and near a firestation, so we heard the sirens during the night. It was walking distance to the beach; 2 blocks.

We have stayed here also. Nice rooms, convenient to water taxi. There is a CVS pharmacy across the street for any last minute items.

Ask for a room pool side.There will be less noise from the bridge.

LadeeBug100 - thanks for the info! I am really looking forward to staying at the Doubletree!! It looks great and I just learned it is 100% no smoking anywhere on the property.
