Long Bay & Cole Bay Reefs - St Marten

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello,

Can anyone tell me about the reef at Long Bay?

Is the water clear? What kind of depths at the reef? Is there a lot of coral and fish to see?

Can you take a taxi and get there on your own? If so where do you get dropped off at? How safe is the area you can snorkel from?

Cole Bay

Can anyone tell me about French reef?

Is one of these reef's better than the other?

We are avid snorklers/free divers and have our own equipment, prefer to go on our own so we can stay as long as we like under water.

Thank you for your answers.
