Panama Canal 2/18/07 on Mercury

Taking a 14day Panama Canal cruise from San Diego to Ft. Lauderdale this coming February. Ports include Alcapulco, Cabo, Huatalco, Puntarenas, Cristobal Pier and Aruba. Could anyone out there give us any insight to what to recommend doing in these ports of call? We are going with two other couples for a total of 6.
