Cozumel Excursion

I'm taking my staff on the Feb 1, 4-day sailing of the Ecstasy to Cozumel. Wish I could have done so before the devastation of Wilma. My husband and I were there in June and I left feeling so depressed over the condition of the island. I want my staff to have a great time...what is the best excursion I can offer?

Passion Island is beautiful, and Paradise Beach is still very nice!!
