Which evening is more dressy?

Ok, I looked at my clothes last night and picked out the two that are going for the Monday and Sat. very dressy sea days - Aug. 27 Carnival Miracle cruise.

One is a tea length lightly flowered print chiffon? yellow dress - with gold threads running through the material. Very nice with my blonde hair. Party atmosphere.

The other is an oriental looking jacket black with small flowers and peach silk slacks - Very dressy with a Smoking lounge feel.

So the hard question - which one, which night ?.. sigh.

Don't you just love Fun questions.

The first night, the Captains Welcome Aboard, is usually the more dressy of the two.

I agree, wear the more formal dress on the first formal night, then wear the pants outfit on the last formal night.
