snorkeling from tabayana beach

Hey everyone... i will be doing the zip line tabayana beach excursion with carnival and i was wondering...

 

Is there any decent snorkeling that can be done off the beach at Tabayana? I have my own equipment i can bring along...

 

Also are there are lockers or are things safely stored on a bus when you stop to do the zip lining?

Snorkeling at Tabayana Beach is excellent and can be done from the shore. AWESOME REEF. One of my most memorable snorkeling trips right after Trunk Bay.

 

I cannot remember about the lockers.

Snorkeling at Tabyana (actually much of West Bay Beach area) is OUTSTANDING. There are lockers you can rent at Tabyana, if desired. I paid for one once and then never used...

 

Even in locations where there are no lockers, I find tipping a bartender can rent a storage location behind the bar. ;)

My main concern is where do i leave my bag with all my snorkel gear while i do the zip lining...

You will leave your snorkel gear in the bus while you do the zipline.

 

There are lockers at Tabyana, but they go fast. We were able to leave our gear behind the counter in the locker area while we ate lunch.

 

The snorkeling was fantastic from the beach.

Very comforting feedback everyone! I'm a scuba diver but my better half is not so this will be her first true snorkeling adventure.

 

If it is impressive maybe I can give her the nudge to dive...!

 

Not to mention less stress from knowing our stuff will be safe while we zip line! Weeeeeeeeee
