on the Sapphire. Sapphire is very similar to Diamond, so I think this information will be useful for you:

Here are the menus for our 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise on the Sapphire (Oct 22-29, 2005):

We were on the same 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise on the Star Princess (Sept 28, 2003) and the menus didn't change that much. Many of our favorite dishes are on all Princess cruises we have taken.

We were on this same cruise a year ago but on the Sapphire. We'll be joining you on 9/30. Remember, there is always Sterlings and we ate there once last cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it -- unlike traditional dining, you are not "rushed" to eat and vacate the premises. We had a lovely, relaxing meal and the steak was excellent. We may give it two tries this trip! We have anytime dining for the first time so are waiting to see how it works. Hopefully we won't have to wait to long for a table.

See you on the Diamond 9/30 (it's getting closer).
