Port Days-what Is Open/closed On Ship?

When you are in port on port days, are any of the swimming pools, spas, Johnny Rockets, Bars, shopping areas, Windjammer, etc, open or closed? In other words, if you didn't want to leave the ship is there anything to do? Just wondering. Thanks.

It has been my experience that the pools are open, the shops are closed, the Windjammer and Solarium Cafes are open and the dining room is closed. I have not yet been on a ship with a Johnny Rockets, so I don't know about that. The spas are open and it seems like they are usually running a special or two.

"is there anything to do?" why the compulsion "to do" anything but relax and enjoy having it all to yourself? it is a great opportunity to enjoy the ship without the crowds - take a book or ipod, go up to the pool or solarium and chill out.:)
