I tried again this morning and was told the same thing. I sort of beat them at their own game, the price went down by $80.00 today for same cabin so I called and had them apply the new price. I have a whole year to watch for price decreases.

I am diamond plus and yesterday I booked a cruise for Nov 2024. I booked online as I usually do and then call to have my balcony discount applied. When I called RCL I had 2 different agents tell me that because the current discount of 30% is applied they can't give me my balcony discount or they will have to remove the 30% discount and charge me more. I have never had this happen before. Has anyone else had this happen?

Does Park Cafe serve coffee and hot tea?

Is there a separate check in lime for the key passengers? I am traveling with two elderly who use walkers or wheelchair and they have purchased the key. I am trying to help them have the easy embarkation.

So I am thinking of upgrading from a balcony to Jr. suite since prices have gone down. However, I have already received printable luggage tags. Will I get new luggage tags before I sail on Nov.5?

It's been almost 4 years since we last cruised. Some things have changed since then. Do we get our seapass cards at check-in or after we are on the ship? We are on Harmony cruising from Galveston, if that makes a difference.

When I did my check in I selected 11:00 check in time, however we purchased the key. Do we still get to the pier at 11:00? I thought I read somewhere that we will receive an email prior to boarding with possibly a different time.

I logged in to check my reservation and it's telling me no upcoming cruises. Tomorrow is my check in date. I tried logging out and signing in again and still showing the same, no upcoming cruises When I try to add it with my reservation number nothing happens. HELP!

How much are drinks like Jack Daniels and coke? My brother is cruising on his first RCI cruise and asked me. We are diamond and get our vouchers so I wasn't sure.

I have a Harmony cruise in November and still not able to book entertainment. From what I understand shows will be available after you check-in. If you go to the app it shows when you can check-in.

Can anyone update me on the construction and traffic on hwy.146 near Seabrook? I will be traveling to Galveston the first week of November for a harmony cruise. Hwy 146 would be the shortest route from my home. Is it possible that the construction will be completed by then?

We are a family of 8 cruising on Harmony in Nov. We are in 4 different cabins booked individually. My question is: Can I book for all 8 of us under my booking or do we have to book individually?

I've been checking the prices on my booked cruise everyday. While I've seen numerous increases I noticed this morning that my cabin type seemed to be less. I called RCL and sure enough my cabin price had gone down, saved $350.00. Final payment is due tomorrow. It's worth checking if you have the time.

Thanks everyone for the help! I just tried booking and for some reason the website is telling me that "optionalid field is blank. I don't see another field to post anything and I have tried at least 5 times.

We are cruising for the first time from Galveston and plan on parking at the cruise terminal. Can someone please explain how it works when parking at the north lot? If I pay online do I get something to scan or insert to enter the lot? Thanks!
