Miami pier to FLL

RCI transfers are $16pp. does anyone know of a car/van service from the pier to FLL (for 4)? I only need one way (VOS 10/22), and have heard you can get service for close to the same price as the xfers...

We were also thinking about this today, as we leave on EOS on the 18th. The rc transfers from fort lauderdale, don't they have a specific time when they pick you up? We are staying in fort lauderdale the nite before. We were planning on taking a car service instead, as we like getting to the ship around 11. I believe the transfers pick you up at 1 something? Your thoughts?

Someone must have taken a car service from Miami to FLL!!!!

We took service from PBI to FLL which is about the same distance I think. It was $60. There were only 2 of us, but I think it was the same price for 4.

When we returned from Explorer we walked out of the terminal and got a minivan cab for the four of us. It was $60.00. Cabs are a set fare per cab no matter how many people you have in your party.

With four people it comes out just about the same as using the transfers but there is no waiting around for a bus to fill up. It is the much better way to go.

We didn't know that RCL stopped selling the transfers a day before you land. We had the porter line us up with a Taxi van and for $63 he had all 4 of us at the airport in about 1/2 hour in early Sunday morning traffic (none). No need to figure out who had which bag because they were all ours. Worked out great!

A taxi is the fastest and easiest way to go and will be about $65 regardless of the number of people. Try to find a minivan taxi to hold 4 people and all your belongings.
