Renting a scooter

Awhile back I seen a thread telling different places to rent a scooter for a cruise. I am looking for one that will deliver it to your cabin on the ship. Could someone please help me out? Thanks

Hi Milee,

Try CareVacations.com or Scootaround.com. We rented from CareVacations, and had wonderful service. It sure makes getting around those big ships easier and less tiring.

Go to Yahoo or google and put in handicapscooters and the name of the port. I did this in Orlando and found scooterrentals for much less than carevacations or accessible travel. Also did the same for Anaheim. Give it a try!

You can do the search for scooters, but you have to be careful as not all scooter rental places are approved vendors for all crusie lines. Also you will run into a problem if you sail on a Sunday as most scooter rental places can't deliver on that day. But sure, it does't hurt to shop around.
