How many photo coupons do you get with your 45 day letter?

Sometimes, when you've written a letter to Carnival with compliments/complaints about a cruise, you will receive a response acknowledging your letter and inviting you to contact Guest Relations 45 days in advance of your next cruise for a gift. We received one after we cruised Conquest last year.

What letter is this with coupons? Is this just for past guests or for any cruisers. This is our first cruise and we just got our docs. last week. Is this what people are talking about? Thanks

Bahamas, look two posts above yours....explained by Kathy.:) Very few people actually get a letter like this.

And you don't always get a choice... sometimes they give you one, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they just ask you a few questions and THEY make the decision.

I never got a letter--and i do write the home office after each cruise-- naming names of excellent crew etc. Nope-- not even for this upciming cruise.

My guess is it is prob in their comp that thay sent you one??

Each letter has an assigned code, so they do know whether they sent one to you. We did receive our choice of a gift - while I don't recall all of the options, I do remember photo coupon, drink coupons, cookies, and a bottle of wine.

I got mine because of the comment card when I exited last years cruise. No complaints just praise for the staff, I guess they thought it was time someone was happy and rewarded me for that.
