mystery dinner

I can tell you that we did participate in the mystery dinner on the Dawn last week (8/12). It was a lot of fun. We were divided into groups of 8 and taken to one of the main restaurants for dinner. (if you are cruising with a group you can all be seated together). Each person is given a part to play and one of the 8 is the murderer. You then spend the dinner trying to figure out who the murderer is. There are 4 scenes to be played out and as you play each scene, the book that you are provided gives you information on your character and the others that you are to reveal and questions that you are to ask of others. Only the murderer is allowed to lie and all others are permitted to embellish only...Depending upon those in your group it can be alot of fun. The only downside is it was very noisy in the restaurant and hard to hear the others at our table. It was a fun way to spend a couple hours.

We did this on the NCL Sun last year and it was very fun. We had a real good time. If everyone embellishes their part it is pretty funny and makes for a good time. I recommend doing it.
