1. Is there a formal night, and if so when?

2. Late seeting is full up - how hard is it to get once aboard?

Usually the formal on a 4 nighter is the 2nd evening.

Are you on the wait-list for late seating? If not, go to the dining room when you board, and make sure they know thats what you want. It may not happen the 1st night, but can usually be changed by the 2nd evening.
