Help with ground transfers from Seattle to Vancouver, BC

Has anyone used the transfer from Sea-Tac to the Port in Vancouver, BC?

 

I know it will be a long trip, but it looks to be a rather easy way to go.

 

My question is, what kind of vehicle is used for the transfer? I will be traveling with a 3 year old. Are there seatbelts in the vehicle to use a car seat? Do I need a car seat?

Not with NCL, but my parents have used Princess transfers from Vancouver to SeaTac. They were on a bus, like a Greyhound-type bus. I'd call the cruise line to confirm what type of transport they'll use and whether you need to bring a child seat.
