sailingsue5 Posted September 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 5, 2006 When N/A shows up under pricing information does this mean they are updating prices?
Nanatravel Posted September 5, 2006 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2006 No, it usually means there are no cabins available (at this time) in that category. As you get closer to final payment date, people will cancel or TA's will release space they were holding for a group. I check RCI and icruise for new cabins often as I would like to move my cabin selection. This morning for my FOS 11/5 cruise there are a lot of handicapped inside cabins available for some strange reason. Bon Voyage
sailingsue5 Posted September 5, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted September 5, 2006 It says N/A for every date I've looked at on the Enchantment. Can every category for every date coming up really be sold out?
just4kixx Posted September 5, 2006 #4 Share Posted September 5, 2006 Are you looking for a room that holds 3 or 4 passengers? Typically, they will be sold out first and show as NA... Look to see if there are available cabins for 2 passengers, and you will have your answer. Good Luck! A~
sailingsue5 Posted September 5, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted September 5, 2006 No, I didn't even get that far. Just doing a general search. They must be updating. No ships or dates have prices listed. All say N/A.

dak_friendly Posted September 5, 2006 #7 Share Posted September 5, 2006 I have been checking the prices on my upcoming cruise to see if they've dropped. This time around every cruise had the N/A. I'm 100 percent sure it is because they are doing some form of issue with their computer system ... updating, modifying, etc. I went ahead and did a faux reservation for my cruise and it had prices at the point you pick a cabin. Nanatravel Posted September 5, 2006 #8 Share Posted September 5, 2006 Sue, I just did a test. I used Oct. 28 as your sailing date on Enchantment, went to icruise and made like I was booking a new cruise. There are lots of cabins available with prices. Check it out. Nanatravel - I am not an agent.
just4kixx Posted September 5, 2006 #9 Share Posted September 5, 2006 I went to the website and I too got all NAs for the Enchantment. I even went into "My Cruises" and nothing is coming up there. Must be a system update of some sort... it IS Tuesday, afterall ;) A~

Sunflower77 Posted September 5, 2006 #11 Share Posted September 5, 2006 The website must be down because I checked and all sailings (the ones I looked at anyway) had N/A for everything. I would check back later or tomorrow.

DebbieO Posted September 5, 2006 #13 Share Posted September 5, 2006 I've been getting "information not currently available - try again later" for the last few days. I emailed RCI this morning that something must be wrong with the website. At first I was just checking the four cruises I have booked. Then I started just randomly checking different dates, different ships. It was happening all over the board. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. Finally today, when I got those messages again, I backpaged, then hit enter again, and the second time the prices and available staterooms all showed up.
