Booked Miami Intercontinental on Hotwire for 12/16

Saw a 4 star on Hotwire, Miami Downtown, or 12/16 and based on the amenity keys, I suspected it was the Intercontinental. Per www.betterbidding.com, the only other 4 star in Miami in the Downtown area is the Hyatt. And, the Hyatt does not have a laundry icon so I was pretty sure it was the Intercontinental.

 

The price displayed was $93.00 per night, with tax it was $109.00. I made my bid and sure enough, it was the Intercontinental. I'm happy. Last year we stayed at the Hyatt, and we enjoyed it, but I believe the Inercontinental is a tad bit nicer, and closer to the Marketplace.

 

Cheapest room if booked directly from their site is $225.00 per night, not including tax.
