Eastern Caribbean Cruise with Millennium..places to go/things to do??

We are going on a "Eastern Caribbean Cruise" in May on "Celebrity Millennium" - we will be stopping in St. Thomas/ Dominican Republic/ Saun Juan/ and Bahamas. What places to go/things to do would you recommend on each of the stops for people that have been on this cruise destination before?? We want to make sure we make the most of our stops and don't have any boring or horrific excursions and have ones that represent the island well and are fun! I would be open to all suggestions - although we are big beach and/or snorkel people and my husband is big in golf as well. Let us know - thanks!

Try looking on the ports of call boards. They are FULL of information about the various ports and people who know about them. Have a great trip!
