Kalalou Lookout on kauai

I haven't seen this mentioned here, but has anyone done the Kalalau Lookout after doing Waimea Canyon??. It is about a 7 mile ride further up the mountain, and if no one has done it, it is well worth the extra time to see. There are several stops along the way where you can get better shots of the waterfall in Waimea Canyon and some other great shots of the Canyon itself. The last 3-4 miles up is a paved road but pot holed all the way. It isn't a hard drive and there is just a spectacular view once you get to the top and the Lookout spot. After seeing the view, we noticed that that view is featured on so many paintings, and other assorted souveniers of Kauai. I don't have my pictures on line yet, or else I would post a shot, but it probably would take another 1/2 to 45 minutes for the trip, but believe me, it is well worth it.
