roy r Posted September 13, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2006 Does anyone know the house rules on Mercury for craps, what I'm intrested in whether they allow 1 or 2 times odds. We will be on the Nov 20, Mexican Riveria cruise from San Diego. Thanks in advance for any and all responses. roy r
Alakeahi Posted September 13, 2006 #2 Share Posted September 13, 2006 During our Alaska cruise in July, the Mercury provided 3x odds on craps. There was an inconsistency in the max odds allowed. The dealers were accostomed to 2x odds and seemed to be unsure about 3x odds. The casino manager was also not experienced in craps, so he relied upon his more experienced dealers to decide upon the max odds allowed. The casino manager was very accomodating. If you have Luis as a dealer, please let him know that we look forward to his visit to Hawaii and look forward to visiting him in Peru.

Thanks for the info, hopefully they learned how to deal 3x by the time I try out the tables. Were the tables active? I've found that cruise ship craps games are quite refrained and quiet compared to their Vegas counterparts. If we run into Luis dealing, I will be sure to pass on your regards, however from whom? thanks again . roy r
