Star repo 9/24 cruise REAL boarding time

I just got my paperwork, and darned if it doesn't state that boarding time is 7:30pm. Any suggestions as to when luggage can be dropped off, and what there might be to do between 3pm and boarding time? Thanks.

There's lots to do in and around Canada Place. Not sure about the luggage drop off though.

We are on the same cruise, and are arriving the day before, but I do remember that Vancouver is pretty walking/cab friendly and it is easy to get around and lots to do and see
