No stamps for any North American cruises including Caribbean, Canada or Mexico. The only places that might stamp are the more exotic cruises in South America, Asia, Africa and some places in Europe. Even in Europe, you don't get many stamps unless you fly into that country and get the stamp when you go through their Immigration line.

If a stamp is really wanted it may take a bit a work. The custom agents that clear your ship in and out of ports can provide a passport stamp. You will have to find them though, ask someone ashore the location of the customs office and go there or a customs official can usually be found on the dock shortly before your ship sails.
