How Many Kids on a May 12th Cruise?

I did not realize that they might not run the kids' club if there aren't enough kids. What does "not enough kids" really mean? My daughter will be cruising with us on a May 12th repositioning cruise (San Diego to Vancouver) and will be 4 at the time. This will be her third cruise, but her first where she's eligible for the kids' club.

She would be so disappointed if they did not have the club on the cruise - her past cruises have involved cousins who were old enough to participate and she's talked to them about how fun it is.

Does it happen (cancelling the kids' program) very often? I recognize that older kids are still in school during this week, we didn't even think about that during booking, since our oldest is not even in Kindergarten.

What are the chances it will happen to us?
