Pinnacle

Good Afternoon,

 

New to CC and I am hoping that someone can answer these questions for me. I have looked around but do not see the answers anywhere.

 

How far in advance can you book the pinnacle thru Ship Services? DH and I will be cruising on the Westerdam in Dec. Is it too early? Also what is the latest reservation you can make? And is it too early to order the bottles of liquor for our room? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call ShIP Services and ask them now.

 

It looks as if October first the again price increase goes into effect. So booking your dining Option would be at a lower cost basis point now for youall.

 

 

On your in room setup too as once your aboard the Fifteen Percent 15% Add on is in effect.:mad:

click on the above link for Pinnacle details, yes your can book a head if you have a booking number to use.

 

Also you can find alot of info including the answer about preordering if:

 

you login

then use the search function that will appear in the top tool line

click search

and you can enter some key words like order liquor

and they you select the board like Holland Am...

and you should find your answers.

Thank you. We have a booking # so I will try the link, and also I read somewhere that if you order your liquor before leaving then you are not charged the 15% that you would be charged from room service. This is our 1st time on HA and very excited.

Thank you very much. I was just reading other posts. I got the phone # and getting ready to call. Hopefully once I learn my way around this site I will not have to ask so many questions.

Just a quick note. I just got off the phone with Ship Services and booked the Pinnacle for the night & time that I wanted, ( she did tell me that I would have to go to the pinnacle after I am on the ship and confirm) and I also ordered the liquor for our room. Thanks a lot! Two more things off of my to do list that I do not have to worry about!!!:)
