Paying for Celebrity excursions

I understand that when you book a Celebrity excursion your MC/Visa is charged immediately. Are you allowed to change excursions later if you want or is this a thing that - you better make up your mind because this is it - thing. What if you booked an excursion and later found that you wanted to take a private tour? We have always gone with Princess and you are charged at the end of the cruise.

They will charge your card at point of purchase.

 

However you can cancel anytime 24 hours before the excusion and receive a refund back to your card. So if you book now and change your mind after you board it no loss to you.
