Vegetarian food options on the Star Princess

I'm going on a 7 night cruise starting January 20th '07 on the Star Princess.

Does anyone know what kind of vegetarian options there are for food on board? I went on the Norwegian Spirit earlier this year and there wasn't much for us veggies. Breakfast seemed to be the only meal that had a good amount of options.

Someone listed many of the dishes. There are plenty of choices, plus, if an appetizer pasta sounds good, you can ask for it as a main course, or vice versa.

DW is a vegetarian and our seventh cruise is next month. DW does not prefer pasta dishes and avoids them. This does not leave her a lot to choose from. On a 15 day trip to the Islands, our waiter became very aware of her needs. He would call her "lady and her mini meals." I have never saw a waiter work so hard to please her; best waiter we have had on Princess.

As DW says, pasta is a heart attack on a plate.
