When will docs arrive?

We are doing back2back Silver Shadow on 22nd October and have still not received our silver box. This is our first cruise with SS and are wondering when we will have the excitement of opening "the box". My TA advised me this morning that if I hadn't received them by the 15th then to go back to them. Is this the norm. We live in the UK and was wondering if this is the reason that they are so late.

Hi, looks like we will be joining you on the second leg of your cruise. We board in Barbados on 10/29. Received our docs Wednesday this week. My guess is that your home town location is indeed a contributing factor to not having received them yet.
