Formal nights 7 nights Empress to Bermuda

I am sure this has been asked before, but we are trying to figure out when the formal nights are scheduled. We are on the Bermuda 10/7 sailing from Philadelphia. Is the first formal night on Sunday while at sea on Monday in St. George.

We were on the August 26th sailing out of Philly. The formal nights were Sunday and Thursday.
