Is this the Shopping Center at Colon/Cristobal?

This is a photo of the Queen Mary II at Cristobal.

 

Just wondering if anyone knows if this is the "shopping center" at the pier I keep reading about?

I went through some of my photos I took at Cristobal. I found this one that I took from the top of the Celebrity Galaxy in 2005 (docked in the same position as the QM2 in your picture).

The top of the building seems to match but the dead give away are the palm trees. The number and pattern match in both pictures: a short tree, 1 tree, 3 trees, 4 trees, then 2 trees. Also the blue paint along the pier matches. So I can say with confidence that yes, that picture of the QM2 is at the Cristobal shopping center.
