"Commercial Mexicana" Grocery Store.

Does anyone know if there is a "Commercial Mexicana" grocery store (its logo has a pelican on an orange background) in Cozumel? And if so, how far is it from the pier?

Been reading about your Paradise Beach....likely my son and I will drop by and enjoy your facilities whilst on our cruise!

There is a WallyWorld kind of store in Coz. Don't remember how far it is from the pier, but seems to me it's about 2/3 of the way on the right between the pier and the mall if you're hiking it. Set back off the street somewhat, and if I didn't see the grocery carts in the parking lot I wouldn't have known what it was.

CHEDRAUI, is the largest multi merchandise store on the island presently followed by San Francisco markets. Chedraui is located on R.E. Melgar (waterfront highway) at Xel Ha Boulevard (often called Calle 15). It is less than two miles from any cruise terminal and within walking distance from Punta Langosta, the recently reinagurated pier that has priced it's self out of the market and not receiving cruises right now. LOL

 

WalMart is on the horizon but they have not locked up the disered parcel of land for their project.
