kosmo Posted October 16, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 16, 2006 Last January we left on the Grand from Galveston and the first evening was quite chilly. Will this be the case leaving from Ft Lauderdale too or will it be a little warmer outside of the gulf? Just want to pack appropriately this time. TIA! Bagbklyn Posted October 16, 2006 #3 Share Posted October 16, 2006 Here is a website I check before I go away: http://www.wunderground.com/ . If you scroll down after you enter the city you can see what the temperature was last year on the date you plan to travel. It been pretty reliable and helpful for me. Go to weather.com a day or two before your cruise. That is what I did last January and brought a light jacket because I saw our day at sea was high's in the 60's and windy. The other couple days were in the 70's so it wasn't that bad.
