Tipping in ports

We are doing the Mediterranean cruise in just a few days, and I was hoping someone could refresh my memory on tipping at restaurants in ports. What countries is it customary to tip at least 15%, and which countries do not expect anything, or close to nothing?

Most countries do not expect a big tip and a lot have the service charges included in the bill. Countries such as Spain, France and Italy do not require huge amount. You do not mention which countries you are going to. At the most you do not need to tip more than 10%.
