Hotel/Parking in Ft. Lauderdale ?

Embassy Suites on 17th St. is one with shuttle and attended parking.

Amerisuites allows you to park in their lot, but as another poster said on another thread, the shuttle may no longer be available. And it is an unsecured lot.

We much prefer to park in the secured parking deck right across from the HAL terminal at Port Everglades.

We used this last weekend, staying at Hampton Inn Airport North. It was $119 for 1 night, parking and shuttle to the port. Place was fine, great bed, shuttle well organized. Took taxi back to hotel to pick up car. Would do it again.

We are also on the Zuiderdam on 10/28. I hope you're not too late to find a hotel room! I had a heck of a time finding anything when I started to try back in August. Apparently there's some sort of boat show this weekend there, and the hotels are charging top $, if they even have anything available! I finally booked the Sleep Inn in Dania (which appears to be fully booked now, btw-- but I don't think they offer free parking anyway).
