Will 1/1/07 Elation cruise be a wild ship?

We finally agreed upon the Elation out of Port Canaveral for our Holiday getaway. I am very exicted and we plan on surprising our three children with this trip. I am wondering if the ship will be crazy with New Year's crowds. Not that I am against a good time... just don't want a repeat of a Costa cruise we took that had a group of 200 teenagers on board who virtually took over the ship (drinking, gambling , etc ...and splitting tens at the blackjack table! :)

I've cruised at that time, not with CCL though, and there wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Remember you're starting your cruise on New Years day, not New Years Eve. Everyone would have partied the night before, and have hangovers:) I wouldn't worry a bit. Go, have fun, and let us know how it went.

Sadly, I will not be aboard...so no worries about wild parties!! LOL
