Good morning, Losers!

 

Belle mentioned that she's been having problems signing onto CC so I'm going to start the thread for her. Hopefully, she'll be on later and can give us her poem.

 

So, how did everyone do this week with their weight? My b'day was Saturday so I've been eating too much cake. I gained 3 lbs over the weekend, but have lost 1.5 of it. Officially, I gained 1.5 lbs. I'm not upset about it though cause your b'day only comes around once a year. ;)

haven't been around for a while, but have set my new mini-goal at losing 10 lbs.

 

this week i lost 3.5, so just 6.5 to go!

I only lost half a pound this week. My mom is visiting, and it's nice to eat a real dinner with her since we don't have a chance to get together often. Unfortunately real dinners (as opposed to a 300-calorie frozen dinners) are slowing down my weight loss considerably. Oh well, at least I'm not gaining!

Up 1.5 But...I'm happy because I thought it would be a whole lot worse than that! Just got a case of the blahs and have a hard time following a good WOE and WOEX. I promise to do better!

I'm down a pound this week. I've almost lost what I gained on my cruise. Took one week to put it on. And it's gonna take 3 weeks to get rid of it.
