Retired not Expired Posted November 1, 2006 Author #26 Share Posted November 1, 2006 But you still get looked down at by the people in 1202, don't you? I believe the bridge is right above and would block any view from above.
newlywedcruisers Posted November 1, 2006 #27 Share Posted November 1, 2006 I think just decks 8 and 9 have the forward balconies. :) Shows how much I know :D
karen2cruz Posted November 1, 2006 #28 Share Posted November 1, 2006 Great news, I think;) You may have to go back to work to afford Penthouses on your future cruises. The upsell is NCL Crack hard to quit once they hook you. Boy...aint that the truth  :D Working "seasonal" is what I m doing for our next two cruises.....oh, and my daughter's April wedding. Congratulations Retired!
heelfan94 Posted November 1, 2006 #29 Share Posted November 1, 2006 Shows how much I know :D Hey, I don't know very much either. I learn a few things with every cruise. Don't you look forward to learning more? We'll call it continued education. ;)

shoreguy Posted November 1, 2006 #31 Share Posted November 1, 2006 Sounds good. Thanks. As well as looking out the front balcony, did you notice if there were any side windows in that suite? None - check out this link - Click on Cashews Alaska Cruise - 8202 and 8203 - in addition to the booze and whirlpool you get much better funiture on the deck in 8203 :) At least in 8203 there is a pole in the middle of the room by the bed - go crazy :D http://www.casshew.com/
shoreguy Posted November 1, 2006 #32 Share Posted November 1, 2006 I think just decks 8 and 9 have the forward balconies. :) And Deck 11 - 2 AA owners suites, 2 minis, and two BA cabins all with forward facing balconies.
shoreguy Posted November 1, 2006 #33 Share Posted November 1, 2006 I believe the bridge is right above and would block any view from above. I had to deal with those above me on deck 9 looking down on me :( At least he did not flick his ashes on us. As you can see the bridge is just above:)

mdwest75 Posted November 6, 2006 #38 Share Posted November 6, 2006 WOW! Congrats! I'm booked on the Sun out of NOLA on 11/26. I sure wish I would get "THE" call. Do they just randomly call people or how does that work? Lora I am also booked on 11/26 on Sun out of NOLA. We got an email for an upsell to a Penthouse. We took it.
