Paradise Beach has parasailing available. You can take a cab to PB for about $12-14 (confirm price before getting in cab). No admission fee for PB, would appreciate you buying food/drinks while you are there, though. If you want to use their water toys, a wristband is $9. Check out the thread for PB for more info http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=433297.

my husband and i decided to parasail on our last cruise there in April. We had been to Cozumel many times to dive and decided to do something different. We got off the tender and talked to a guy in a little booth on the pier. Actually the first guy we talked to was dressed in a uniform and gave the impression he was from a tour company, but wanted to sell us a time share! Beware! He would give us a great discount on a sail, but since we were not interested in wasting some of our precious time in Cozumel, we continued down the pier towards the street and found Jose in his booth. He had a couple guys in a boat right there ready to take us and it was $120 USD for 2 rides. We went alone, no other passengers, so no waiting for other people to do their thing. We had been watching people from our balcony on the ship and it looked like so much fun we had to do it! My husband had always wanted to sky dive but had to have neck surgery last year and decided he shouldn't sky dive, but he did do the parasailing and it was fantastic! It is very smooth and you don't even have to get wet! You go right off the back of the boat. We were dunked in the water on our way up, and each rode about 15 minutes. The only thing was, the water was very calm in the morning as we watched from our balcony but it was windier and rougher at noon when we went. The wind calmed down in the afternoon again and the water was smooth again. So if it is windy, remember it may calm down in a bit. But of course with the wind it was easy to fly up and stay up, just a little more bouncing than normal. We were over 400 feet! Got some great pics!

Have fun!
