Handicapped Accessible Tours

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions for a handicapped tours in San Juan, Tortola and St.Thomas/St. John? My DH is not totally wheel chair bound but needs it for any long walks (he can swim) & walking in the sand is very difficult (whether short or long distance). We will have our 2 children w/us (16 & 6). If anyone has any ideas/suggestions it would greatly be appreciated! Thanks!!!:)
