Internet Cafe vs. Computer Lab

I have never sailed on Celebrity before and would like to know the difference between the use of the Internet Cafe and the Computer Lab. Can someone please explain?

The Internet Cafe is the only place where you are able to use the computers in a personal manner...email, word, etc. The Computer Labs are for classes which are taught (I think up to 4 per day). The web cams (http://www.kroooz-cams.com) show the bridge, computer lab, and internet cafe for the M-class ships. You will see the labs are empty unless a class is being held.

The internet cafe is open 24 hours a day whereas the computer lab is only available before and after most classes. Hours are generally posted for the computer lab.
